We are seeking an experienced Home Health Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our Start of Care (SOC) and clinical coordination processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in home health operations, including using Synergy EMR, dispatching nurses, and communicating effectively with clinicians. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage scheduling and documentation workflows are essential for this role.
Core Tasks
• Recruit healthcare professionals (RN, LVN, CNA, etc.)
• Track credentials (BLS, ACLS, TB, licenses)
• Upload & manage hospital compliance portals
• Follow up on missing documents
• Make and receive professional phone calls (no background noise)
• Daily shift handoff reporting
Required Skills (STRICT)
Healthcare recruitment or hospital staffing experience
Comfortable with multiple portals & systems
Strong English (spoken + written)
Professional phone etiquette
Quiet work environment (NO exceptions)
Can think independently before asking questions
