We are hiring a Performance & Sales Trainer to coach and develop a team of online sales/chat representatives.
This role focuses on improving communication quality, conversion rates, upselling skills, and overall performance through structured coaching and feedback systems.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager, who oversees KPIs and daily activity. Your responsibility is performance development and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new tea
- Review daily performance logs and conversation samples
- Identify skill gaps and recurring mistakes
- Provide clear feedback with examples
- Run weekly coaching calls with the team (bi-weekly once performance stabilizes)
- Develop and improve scripts, frameworks, and sales strategies
- Provide advanced coaching to top performers
Requirements
- Experience in online sales or high-ticket sales
- Strong understanding of upselling and psychology driven selling
- Ability to analyze conversations and identify missed revenue opportunities
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Fluent written and verbal English
