Job Title: Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Illustrator to create visually compelling designs across print and digital formats. This role requires strong design fundamentals, illustration capability, and advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for layout, typography, and color, and can translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality layouts for print and digital materials, including books, marketing assets, educational content, and branded materials
• Create original illustrations and vector artwork to support storytelling, branding, and instructional content
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy in bleed, trim, color profiles, and export settings
• Collaborate with editors, content creators, and project managers to interpret creative briefs and meet project goals
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency
• Organize and manage design files, templates, and assets for efficient reuse and updates
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced expertise in InDesign and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Demonstrated illustration skills (vector and/or hand-drawn styles)
• Experience preparing files for professional printing and digital distribution
• Ability to follow style guides while also contributing creative ideas
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent time-management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing books, educational materials, or children’s content
• Familiarity with accessibility-friendly design practices
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with multilingual layouts or text-heavy documents
