We are a U.S.-based roofing and storm restoration company expanding our outbound call center team. We are looking for reliable, confident, English-speaking call center agents to make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners and set appointments for FREE roof inspections.
This is NOT hard selling. Your job is to start conversations, qualify homeowners, and book inspection appointments for our local sales team.
If you have experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or U.S. campaigns, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. homeowners using our dialer (ReadyMode)
Follow proven call scripts and objection responses
Explain the offer clearly: FREE roof inspection (no obligation)
Ask qualifying questions (roof age, homeowner status, insurance, etc.)
Book confirmed appointments on Google Calendar
Update call results and notes accurately
Communicate daily with the team through Slack
Maintain professionalism and a positive tone on every call
Follow dialing rules, compliance guidelines, and internal SOPs

Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
No weekends
Compensation
Salary: Depends on experience
Competitive base pay for the Philippine market

Requirements
Previous call center or cold calling experience (required)
Strong spoken English with neutral or understandable accent
Confident speaking with U.S. homeowners
Comfortable handling objections
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Professional headset and computer
Punctual, coachable, and consistent
Experience with ReadyMode or similar dialers is a BIG plus
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in roofing, home services, solar, insurance, or real estate
Appointment setting for U.S. campaigns
Familiarity with Google Calendar scheduling
Experience working remote with U.S. companies
