JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, self-starting Customer Service / Outreach Specialist to support and help grow our businesses.

This is a role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You’ll handle outreach and admin operations, and play an active role in improving systems, processes, and results across the company.

If you enjoy being trusted to run with tasks, spot inefficiencies, and contribute ideas to grow a business, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing LinkedIn and outbound outreach campaigns (using tools like Dripify, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)

- Booking and coordinating meetings

- Updating, organizing, and maintaining lead lists

- Creating LinkedIn content using Canva

- Handling prospect responses, follow-ups, and objections

- Outbound outreach via email and cold calling

- Owning assigned projects from start to finish

- Identifying inefficiencies and proactively suggesting improvements to outreach, admin, and internal workflows

- Supporting business growth by contributing ideas, improvements, and better ways of working


YOU ARE:

- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do

- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just completing tasks

- Highly organized, proactive, and efficient

- Confident working independently in a fully remote environment

- Clear and professional in written and spoken English

- Interested in a long-term role with room to grow

- Naturally proactive, you flag issues, ideas, or improvements before being asked

- Outreach campaigns run smoothly with minimal oversight

- Tasks are completed without reminders

EXPERIENCE & TOOLS:

Experience with the following is a strong plus: Canva, LinkedIn, Dripify, Apollo, Instantly, ChatGPT
