JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We operate a premium career infrastructure asset called the ABF Repository — a curated remote job and premium career product.

Current 30-day performance:
• 1,700+ views
• 22% CTR
• No active growth engine

We are installing a structured LinkedIn growth system.

Your mission:
Increase qualified traffic to the ABF Repository and strengthen authority positioning.

This role is performance-focused. We care about measurable traffic growth, not vanity engagement.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish 3–5 high-signal LinkedIn posts per week
• Create strong hooks for career-driven professionals
• Drive intentional clicks to the repository
• Execute targeted LinkedIn engagement strategy
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategy
• Provide a short monthly performance summary

KPIs (How You Win)

• Increase repository clicks month-over-month
• Grow total traffic
• Improve returning visitor rate
• Maintain or improve CTR

We measure outcomes, not activity.

You:

• Understand LinkedIn growth mechanics
• Can write authority-driven content (not generic AI posts)
• Have grown a page, founder account, or brand before

Compensation

Part-time (8–10 hours per week)

Base: $200–$250 (USD) per month

Performance bonuses tied to traffic milestones

Example bonus structure:

• + $100 at 2,500 monthly clicks
• + $200 at 4,000 clicks
• + $400 at 6,000+ clicks

Initial contract: 60 days
Extension and pay increases based on measurable growth.

This role is designed for operators who want upside.
