Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimise, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts for e-commerce and lead-gen clients.
- Maintain strong performance against CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
- Audit accounts regularly to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead client calls, presenting actionable insights and clear performance updates.
- Implement effective funnel strategies to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot GA4 tracking and GTM tags to ensure accurate attribution.
- Collaborate with the internal creative and strategy teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Proactively recommend process improvements and contribute to the agency’s growth strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven expertise in lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking and conversion setup.
- Strong data interpretation and analytical reporting skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to clients.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts independently and maintain consistent quality.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for UK business-hour overlap (4–5 hours daily).
- Personality fit: proactive, detail-oriented, transparent, and driven to improve systems and processes.
