About CareWell Diagnostix

CareWell Diagnostix is a premier diagnostic imaging provider in Melbourne, Australia, with clinics in Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, and Werribee. We are currently expanding our operations and corporate structure to include new partners and advanced services. We are looking for a dedicated, professional Virtual Receptionist who understands the "language of radiology" and can provide seamless support to our patients and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Patient Care: Manage high-volume calls to schedule appointments for various modalities, including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, Mammo, MRI, US and CT guided Intervention Procedures, Dexa and Biopsies/FNA.

Clinic Coordination: Act as the primary link between patients, onsite Admin/Reception Team in Australia.

Task Management: Create and track administrative tasks for the offsite booking team and onsite staff to ensure no patient query is missed.

Clinical Documentation: Manage patient referrals, verify clinical details, and ensure all data is correctly entered into our CRM/Clinical software.

Workflow Support: Assist the Regional Manager with daily operational tasks, such as monitoring the status of urgent reports and follow-ups.

Requirements
Experience: Strictly 5+ years of experience specifically as a Radiology/Medical Receptionist.

Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills (C1 or C2 level preferred) for professional communication with Australian doctors and patients.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical booking software, Microsoft Office, and task management tools.

Time Management: Proven ability to manage complex rosters and multi-site schedules simultaneously.

Reliability: A high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup including wide screen and UPS for power outage.
