We are Valemont Partners, a company selling a 24/7 AI receptionist solution in the United States.

Our AI system:
• Answers inbound calls 24/7
• Handles customer inquiries
• Follows up with leads automatically
• Books appointments directly into clients’ calendars

We help call-heavy businesses stop missing revenue opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring a serious, performance-driven B2B appointment setter to book qualified discovery calls with autorepair companies in the US, more specifically Texas and Florida. You have the freedom to use your own leads in order to indentify decision-makers. However, we can also provide a lead list. The channel used will be phone calls.

You will be responsible for:
• Booking qualified discovery calls
• Ensuring strong show-up rates

Booking calls alone is not enough. We prioritize:
• Decision-makers only
• Strong ICP fit
• High show-up rates (60% or more)

You must implement proper follow-up systems (reminders, confirmations, reschedules if needed) to ensure prospects attend the call. Quality and attendance matter more than raw volume.:


Structure & Compensation
We are open to both part-time and full-time roles, depending on performance and alignment. Before moving into a longer-term agreement, we will run a 2-week paid trial period. This trial is not unpaid. It is a compensated test week, based on the rate and structure we agree on beforehand. The purpose of the trial is to evaluate:
• Lead quality
• Booking volume
• Show-up rate
• Communication and follow-up process
• Overall fit and professionalism

If performance meets expectations, we will move forward into a longer-term part-time or full-time arrangement. Compensation structure will be discussed individually with shortlisted candidates based on experience, availability, and performance expectations..
