JOB OVERVIEW

About the Company

Allipse Marketing Management owns and operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands in the US market, specializing in health, beauty, and wellness. We sell products that solve real problems for real customers.

We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-performing static ads AND native-style “ugly” ads for Meta and TikTok — creatives that blend into the feed, stop the scroll, and drive conversions.

About the Role

This role is not about making things “pretty.”
It’s about making creatives that sell.

You’ll design:

Clean, high-converting static image ads

Raw, native-style ugly ads that don’t look like ads

You’ll work closely with copywriters and creative strategists to turn hooks, angles, and scripts into visuals that perform. If you understand direct response design and know when polished works vs when ugly wins, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Designing

Direct response static ads (image + text overlays)

Native / ugly image ads (raw, unpolished, feed-blending creatives)

Before / after comparison ads

Testimonial and review-based creatives

Screenshot-style, notes-style, WhatsApp-style ugly ads

Headline-driven clickbait ads

Educational infographic-style ads

Hook-first scroll stoppers for cold traffic

What You’ll Own

Design static and ugly ads from briefs and copy (no hand-holding)

Create multiple variations for A/B testing (hooks, layouts, formats)

Turn winning formats into repeatable systems across products

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify winning creative patterns, hooks, formats, and positioning

Use AI tools (including Nano Banana) to generate base visuals for ugly ads when needed

Quickly convert AI-generated visuals into high-performing ad creatives

Ensure designs are optimized for Meta & TikTok specs

Collaborate closely with copywriters to align message + visual

Fast turnaround on iterations based on performance feedback

Stay updated on what’s working in DTC static & native ads

Who You Are

1+ year experience designing ads for DTC e-commerce

Strong understanding of direct response principles (hooks, hierarchy, CTAs)

Comfortable designing both polished static ads and raw ugly ads

Skilled with Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools

Able to take a concept and execute independently

Fast, reliable, and communicates clearly

Understands that ugly ? lazy, it’s strategic

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience using AI design tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.)

Background in health, beauty, or wellness brands

Familiarity with Meta ad performance feedback loops

Basic understanding of copywriting for ads

You’ll Thrive Here If…

You believe good design = design that converts

You understand when native ugly ads outperform polished ones

You enjoy testing, iterating, and improving creatives

You hate over-designed fluff

You want your work to directly impact revenue

Growth Path

Graphic Designer ? Senior Designer ? Lead Designer ? Creative Strategist

To Apply

Please send:

Your resume / CV

A portfolio of static and/or ugly ads you’ve designed

(If possible) examples of ads that actually performed

A short note on how you approach direct response ad design
