As our partner network continues to grow, we are expanding our BDM support team to help strengthen broker relationships and drive business growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated BDM Assistant / Sales Support professional who enjoys working in a sales-driven environment and supporting business growth.
You will work closely with our Business Development Manager (BDM) to support and grow relationships with mortgage broker partners across Australia.
Your role is to help engage brokers, support deal opportunities, and assist partners in growing their submissions with So Money.
This role offers stable base pay with performance-based commissions, giving strong performers the opportunity to increase their earnings as partner business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Relationship Management
Support the BDM team in managing relationships with mortgage broker partners
Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure engagement and support
Build strong relationships with brokers and understand their lending needs
Ensure partners are aware of So Money’s products, updates, and opportunities
Sales & Growth Support
Follow up with brokers regarding loan opportunities and deal progress
Encourage broker submissions by providing responsive support
Assist with basic product enquiries and information
Identify opportunities to increase partner loan activity
Work closely with the BDM to support overall sales growth
Partner Engagement & Performance
Monitor broker activity and submission trends
Follow up with inactive partners and help re-engage them
Support the BDM with partner performance tracking
Maintain accurate CRM records and communication history
Compensation
This role offers Base Pay + Commission.

Essential
Strong English communication skills
Confident speaking with business professionals
Sales-driven mindset
Highly organised and proactive
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Experience in sales, telesales, account management, or sales support
Preferred
Experience working with Australian clients
Mortgage, finance, or lending industry exposure
BDM support or account management experience
