This role supports our marketing account management team by executing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll work closely with our Marketing Account Manager and outsourced specialists to deliver results across SEO, paid media,
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works alongside an awesome team of outsourced contractors.
Here are the 3 key result areas for this role...
Key Results Area #1: Execute & Support Client Marketing Campaigns
Support the management of 4-6 client accounts
Conduct regular client check-ins through Slack or
Assist with monthly reporting and client calls
Monitor campaign performance across SEO, paid media,
Implement campaign optimizations and A/B tests
Track and report on client KPIs and goals
Know when to escalate questions to senior tea
Key Results Area #2: Analyze Data & Optimize Performance
Pull regular performance reports from Google Analytics, ad platforms, and SEO tools
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Assist with budget tracking and pacing across paid channels
Update the Marketing Overview Spreadsheet monthly
Support the team with campaign audits and competitive analysis
Key Results Area #3: Keep Projects Organized & Moving Forward
Participate in weekly team standup meetings
Complete assigned tasks on time in the project management system
Coordinate with contractors and agencies on deliverables
Maintain organized client documentation and campaign notes
Support the Account Manager with project scoping and timeline planning
Help improve marketing processes and documentation
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or account coordination
Familiarity with at least 2 of the following: SEO, paid media (Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads),
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and marketing reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Reliable internet connection
Team player mentality with a willingness to learn
Nice to Have
SEMrush, Google Search Console, and/or Ahrefs experience
Google Analytics certification
Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications
LinkedIn Ads experience
