We’re hiring a Meta Ads Manager to join our growing performance marketing team.
We are an agency that provides paid advertising support specifically for Home Service Electricians across North America.
Our systems are built.
Our SOPs are live.
Our team is active.
Now we’re scaling.
Our goal is to manage 100+ client accounts this year, and we’re splitting the department to support growth.

???? Your Role
You will manage multiple Meta ad accounts under our agency umbrella.
This is not a “figure it out from scratch” role.
We already have:
Proven campaign structures
SOPs and checklists
Creative frameworks
Reporting processes
A team for support and oversight
Your job is execution, optimization, and scaling performance.
???? Responsibilities
Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns (Lead Gen + Conversion focused)
Monitor and optimize performance daily
Split test creatives and copy
Manage budget pacing
Troubleshoot account issues
Follow structured SOPs
Communicate performance updates clearly
Track KPIs and make data-backed decisions
Work collaboratively with internal tea
???? What We’re Looking For
You must have:
Moderate experience inside Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing multiple campaigns at once
Strong understanding of:
Campaign objectives
CBO vs ABO
Lead generation funnels
Pixel setup and tracking
Audience structuring
Comfort reading and interpreting performance metrics
Strong organization and time management
High attention to detail
Reliable internet and work setup
Strong English communication skills
Bonus if you:
Have worked with home service businesses before
Understand local lead generation
Have experience with GoHighLevel or CRM integrations
