TruForm Nails is seeking a highly capable E-Commerce Growth Manager / Shopify Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our Shopify store as we prepare for a major product collaboration with Maria Ortiz – Long Nail Goddess.

We are not looking for a basic website administrator.
We are looking for someone who understands conversion, sales psychology, and revenue growth.

Role Overview

This role is for someone who thinks like a growth strategist, not just a store manager. You will oversee the performance, functionality, and profitability of our Shopify store while actively driving sales through optimization and paid advertising.

You should be equally comfortable working with:

? Store design & UX
? Conversion strategy
? Analytics & performance metrics
? Paid advertising

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & maintain Shopify storefront
• Optimize product pages for conversion & AOV
• Improve site flow, UX, and customer journey
• Build landing pages / funnels for launches
• Set up & manage paid ads (Meta / TikTok / Google preferred)
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, and performance metrics
• Develop strategies to drive traffic & sales
• Support product launches & promotional campaigns
• Troubleshoot Shopify issues & integrations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores
• Strong understanding of e-commerce growth strategy
• Experience running performance-driven paid ads
• Ability to interpret analytics & conversion data
• Conversion-focused mindset (not vanity metrics)
• Strong visual & layout sensibility
• Self-directed, proactive, and reliable

• Beauty / cosmetics / nail industry experience
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) expertise
• Funnel-building & landing page strategy
• Email marketing / retention flows
• Experience scaling product launches
