What You’ll Be Responsible For
1?? Lead Sourcing (Weekly)
Pull 1,000 qualified contractor leads per week from ZoomInfo
Filter by geography, industry, company size
Export clean CSV files
Remove junk/duplicates
Ensure correct column formatting
Required columns:
First Name
Last Name
Company Name
Email
Mobile Phone
LinkedIn URL
Accuracy matters. Typos break automation.
2?? System Management (Airtable-Based)
Import leads into Airtable
Assign campaign type and cadence
Activate sequences correctly
Spot-check data integrity
Monitor failed sends
Fix formatting issues
You will NOT edit automation workflows — only manage data and messaging.
3?? Messaging Optimization
Every week you will:
Analyze open rates
Analyze reply rates
Suggest subject line improvements
Improve SMS copy
Improve LinkedIn connection notes
Test variations
We want continuous performance improvement — not static scripts.
4?? Weekly Reporting
You will provide a short weekly performance report including:
Leads added
Email
SMS sent
LinkedIn requests sent
Reply rate
Positive reply rate
Meetings booked
Error rate
Required Experience
Must Have:
ZoomInfo list building experience
Cold
CSV formatting and cleaning
Airtable (or similar CRM/database tools)
Strong English writing ability
Understanding of deliverability and bounce rates
Bonus:
Twilio or SMS experience
LinkedIn automation tools
A/B testing experience
