JOB OVERVIEW

As an SMS Agent, you'll be sending messages in SMS conversations and your role is to turn these conversations into happy customers/opportunities.

We have 1:1 SMS conversations with customers who have expressed interest in a product and our job is to have fun conversations, learn more about them, educate them on our client's offering and try and get them to sign up.

You're not talking to angry support tickets all day, but instead talking to people who are genuinely interested in conversing.

Your Qualifications:
Proficiency in conversational, casual English.
Problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of customer queries on the fly.
A genuine affinity for people and a talent for building rapport.
Are self motivated

Note: Sales experience is not mandatory, but it's definitely an advantage. If you've worked in sales before, you'll find your skills are transferable and valuable in this role.
