JOB OVERVIEW

*About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual that can go to work 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST. We need a Website & E-Commerce Specialist to work closely with our team on building, managing, and improving our website from scratch— and specifically with e-commerce capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats: website creation, marketing, online store setup, basic backend operations, and light collaboration with a medical-focused business.

You don’t need to be a medical expert—but you should be comfortable working around medical terminology, services, and compliance-adjacent content.

*What You’ll Be Doing
-Spearhead any marketing campaigns
-Build, manage, and maintain a company website with e-commerce functionality
-Set up and manage online product or service listings
-Support integrations for payments, forms, scheduling, or customer workflows
-Maintain website content, structure, and basic SEO best practices
-Assist with backend e-commerce operations (orders, inventory, updates)
-Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers to implement updates and improvements
-Troubleshoot website or e-commerce issues as they arise
-Support documentation and process improvements related to the website

*Required Skills & Experience
-Proven experience in website creation and management
-Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)

*Experience with:
-Website builders (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or equivalent)
-Experience in Marketing Campaigns
-Product listings and basic e-commerce operations
-Payment gateways and checkout flows

*Comfortable using tools like:
-Google Sheets / Excel
-Canva or Photoshop (basic image editing)
-CRM or backend admin tools
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
-Clear written communication and ability to work independently

*Nice to Have (Not Required)
-Understanding of SEO and analytics
-Experience supporting multiple platforms (Shopify + Amazon, etc.)
-Background as a Virtual Assistant, E-Commerce Manager, or Web Assistant
-Experience working with remote or international teams
