About Us
We are a done-for-you digital marketing agency serving Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) and multi-location entertainment brands across the United States.
We use Go High Level (GHL) as:
-Our internal agency CRM
-A fulfillment platform for client services
-A white-labeled dashboard for our clients
We are looking for an experienced GHL Specialist to help us build, organize, troubleshoot, and optimize our Go High Level environment as our agency grows. You will be working directly with the Founder to free him up of these duties. These position can grow into full-time for the right person.
Role Overview:
-This is a hands-on execution role focused on system setup, organization, and optimization — not strategy or sales.
-You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our GHL system so our leadership team can focus on strategy, client relationships, and growth.
-You will work directly with the agency founder and play a key role in building a clean, scalable backend structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency-Level GHL Support
-Organize and optimize our agency CRM
-Build, maintain, and improve workflows, automations, and triggers
-Assist with
-Customize dashboards, reporting, and user permissions
-Troubleshoot issues and recommend system improvements
-Help document processes and best practices
Client Sub-Account Setup
-Create new client sub-accounts when clients sign with us
-Apply the appropriate snapshots, roles, and custo
-Configure accounts properly for:
-Reputation management
-Limited-access client dashboards (done-for-you model)
-Automation and reporting needs
-Connect and verify integrations (Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, etc.)
User & Access Management
-Create and manage internal tea
-Assign correct roles and permissions
-Ensure clients only see what they are intended to see
-Maintain a clean and secure account structure
Ongoing Optimization
-Monitor workflows and automation performance
-Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
-Support scaling efforts as we add more clients and tea
-Participate in occasional video calls with the agency founder for planning and alignment
Required Experience & Skills
-2–3+ years of hands-on Go High Level experience
-Strong understanding of:
--Agency View vs Sub-Accounts
--Roles, permissions, and custo
--Workflows and automation logic
-
--Dashboards and reporting customization
-Experience working with digital marketing agencies
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Ability to troubleshoot independently
-Clear written and spoken English communication
Availability Requirement
-Please include your working availability in U.S. Eastern Time (ET) in your application. Some overlap with U.S. business hours is required.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
--Experience supporting multi-location clients
--Familiarity with reputation management workflows
--Experience with white-labeled SaaS dashboards
--General understanding of SEO, paid ads, or digital marketing operations
