Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Airbnb Claims Manager to handle all post checkout claims across our portfolio. You must have previous experience working in Airbnb Support and understand how to navigate claims, documentation requirements and review removal processes from the inside. Your role will focus on filing accurate claims, progressing them with support, and actioning review removals where eligible. The hours will be Monday - Saturday, 11am - 6pm.
Key Responsibilities
1. File all Airbnb Resolution Centre claims for damages, missing items, excess cleaning and breaches
2. Work directly with Airbnb Support using your platform experience to move claims to resolution
3. Prepare and upload evidence including photos, invoices, reports and message logs
4. Track all claims, maintain organised documentation and update internal records
5. Identify and action reviews eligible for removal based on Airbnb’s policy
6. Communicate professionally with guests when follow up is required
7. Flag any high risk cases or escalations to the management team
8. Coordinate with operations to quickly gather required evidence or details
9. Responds to all support cases throughout all platforms during your shift and dispute refunds if necessary
Requirements
1. Must have previously worked for Airbnb Support handling claims or trust and safety matters
2. Strong written English with clear and confident communication
3. High attention to detail and an organised approach to evidence and documentation
4. Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
5. Reliable internet and ability to work Australian hours
