The Opportunity
This is not a typical marketing role. You'll be joining during a critical transformation phase, working directly with our fractional CMO to build easyIT's marketing infrastructure from the ground up. You'll execute the strategic BLUEPRINT we've developed to generate qualified leads, build brand visibility, and create systematic revenue growth.

Every campaign you execute, every piece of content you create, and every lead you generate will be directly visible in company growth. This role combines content creation, campaign execution, and outbound lead generation, making it perfect for someone who wants diverse marketing experience with measurable business results.
Role Overview
Position Type: Part-time (15-20 hours/week initially), with potential to scale to full-time as campaigns expand
Reporting Structure: You'll work under the strategic direction of our fractional CMO, with direct collaboration with the CEO/founder for subject matter expertise and client insights.
Work Style: Initially Fully remote, flexible hours, but must be self-directed and able to execute independently without constant supervision. We need someone who can take strategic direction and run with it. In the future may turn into a hybrid role if fulltime.
Core Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Writing (30% of time)
• Website Content: Write and update service pages, About page, location pages based on strategic messaging frameworks. Build and test landing pages for lead magnets, case study downloads, and specific campaigns.
• Blog Content: Draft 2-4 blog posts per month (1,500-3,000 words) following SEO content calendar and keyword targeting
• Case Studies: Interview clients and write compelling case studies highlighting retention and client success stories

• Sales Enablement Materials: Create persona-specific one-pagers (Owner/CEO, CFO, Office Manager, IT Manager versions)
2. Cold Outreach & Lead Generation (25% of time)
• Prospect List Building: Research and build targeted lists of 10-80 employee businesses in Melbourne matching ideal customer profile
• LinkedIn Outreach: Execute connection requests and personalised messaging campaigns via SalesFlow (or similar automation tools)

• Referral Campaigns: Execute systematic referral request campaigns to top clients using prepared scripts and templates

• Social Media: Create and schedule LinkedIn posts (2-3x per week) based on content bank and thought leadership strategy

6. Analytics & Reporting (10% of time)
• Performance Tracking: Monitor website traffic,
