JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant with a strong background in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation.

We want to ramp up our cold outreach, kick off Facebook and Social Media campaigns, and begin our own content production, implementation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
o Build and maintain prospect databases
o Develop and manage a “Dream 100” target list of ideal prospects
o Set up and run cold outreach campaigns (email & social) using Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn
o Conduct daily outreach to at least 25 targeted leads
o Book at least 15 qualified strategy sessions per month
o Maintain outreach tracking inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Marketing & Campaign Support
o Assist with monthly webinar promotions and social media syndication
o Support the internal team on content reviews and light funnel setup
o Help configure landing pages and follow-up sequences
o Collaborate on internal and client-facing marketing strategies
Client and Sales Support
o Act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries and new leads.
o Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate client data in the CRM.
o Assist in coordinating client onboarding and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
o Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead follow-up processes.
Strategic Support
o Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with the CEO to realign priorities and address ongoing challenges.
o Proactively raise concerns, propose solutions, and implement approved initiatives.
o Support internal process improvement and documentation
o Assist with marketing tasks as needed to keep things moving forward
