About the Role

We're hiring a full-time contract SEO specialist (4–5+ years of experience) to own 6-12 local SEO client campaigns end to end. You'll manage strategy (alongside the team lead), execution, reporting, and client deliverables - with autonomy over how you manage your time and make decisions.

This isn't just a task-completion role. Our clients are real business owners whose livelihoods depend on results. We need someone who feels the weight of that and operates accordingly: flagging issues early, bringing solutions, and keeping campaigns moving forward without being asked. You'll earn performance bonuses tied directly to problem solving and client retention.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full SEO lifecycle for 6–12 clients
- Run comprehensive audits: technical, local, content, backlink, etc
- Conduct keyword research and execute on-page, technical, local, and content SEO strategies
- Optimize Google Business Profiles
- Configure and manage GA4, GSC, and GTM
- Track performance, send weekly internal updates, and build monthly client reports
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, solve problems independently, and contribute to internal automation projects

Required Qualifications

- 4-5+ years managing local SEO campaigns with proven results
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of local SEO (Map Pack, GBP optimization) and organic SEO
- Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and writing technical SEO guidelines
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for research, content, troubleshooting, and/or automation
- Familiarity with core SEO tools: GA4, GSC, GTM, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and local SEO tools (Local Dominator, Local Falcon, or similar)
- Native English proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet
