JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, my name is Yuri. I'm the founder of PFLB, a performance testing and engineering company headquartered in Delaware, USA. We've been in business since 2008 and work with companies like Tinder, College Board, Illumina, and NOV. We have 500+ engineers and serve clients across banking, healthcare, e-commerce, education, energy, and technology.
We're growing our US market presence and need a sharp, hungry inside sales rep to help us build pipeline and book qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers.

This is NOT a virtual assistant role. This is NOT a call center job. This is a real B2B sales position where you'll be prospecting into US enterprises, having real business conversations, and directly contributing to company revenue. If you've sold B2B tech services or SaaS to US companies before, keep reading.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Outbound Prospecting (60% of your time)

- Research and identify target accounts: VP/Director-level decision-makers in Engineering, QA, DevOps, SRE, and IT Operations at US mid-market and enterprise companies
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages (not spray-and-pray templates)
- Make cold calls and follow-up calls to prospects
- Execute multi-touch outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn + phone)

2. Pipeline Management (20%)

- Qualify inbound leads from our website ( ---------- )
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot CRM - keep it clean and updated daily
- Book discovery calls and demos for our account executives and technical team
- Track all activities, conversations, and outcomes

3. Research and Strategy (20%)

- Research target industries to understand their performance testing pain points
- Monitor trigger events: new product launches, site outages, migration announcements, funding rounds
- Contribute ideas to improve our outreach messaging and targeting
- Provide market feedback on what prospects are saying

What We're Selling
PFLB helps companies make sure their software doesn't crash, slow down, or fail when lots of people use it at the same time. We offer:

- Performance testing services - our team of engineers runs load and stress tests on websites, apps, APIs, and enterprise systems
- PFLB Platform - our AI-powered load testing platform that companies can use themselves
- Managed performance engineering - ongoing performance monitoring, optimization, and SRE support

Our typical clients are companies that can't afford downtime: banks processing transactions, e-commerce sites during Black Friday, healthcare platforms during open enrollment, energy utilities during storm events, EdTech platforms during exam periods.
Deal sizes range from $5,000 for a single project to $200,000+ for annual managed services contracts. Your job is to open doors and book meetings - our technical team handles the demos and closing.

Who You Are
Must-have:

- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or inside sales role)
- Experience selling to US-based companies (you understand US business culture)
- Excellent spoken and written English - you can hold a natural conversation with a US executive without them noticing you're reading from a script
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce also fine)
- Experience with LinkedIn for prospecting
- Comfortable making cold calls (not just emails)
- Reliable high-speed internet + backup connection
- Willing to work US time zone hours (EST or CST overlap, typically 9pm-6am PH time)
- Own laptop/computer with webcam and headset

Nice-to-have (not required, but will make you stand out):

- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, DevOps tools, or technical consulting
- Familiarity with sales tools: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, or similar
- Understanding of software development concepts (you don't need to be technical, but knowing what QA, load testing, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure means is a big plus)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary: PHP 70,000 - 90,000/month depending on experience
- Performance bonuses: Additional PHP 5,000 - 10,000 per qualified meeting booked that converts to opportunity (uncapped)
- Paid time off: 14 days per year
- Growth: This is a ground-floor opportunity. As we grow the US sales team, high performers will move into senior sales or account executive roles with higher comp

How to Apply
IMPORTANT: Do NOT just click "Apply" and send a generic message. Applications that don't follow these instructions will be ignored.
To apply, please send me a message with the following:

Subject line: "PFLB Sales - [Your First Name]"
In your message, answer these three questions:

1. What is the most complex B2B product or service you've sold, and who were you selling to? (2-3 sentences)
2. Describe your best month in sales - what did you do differently that month? (2-3 sentences)
3. Why does this role interest you specifically? (1-2 sentences)

Attach your resume (PDF preferred)
Record a 2-minute Loom video (free at ---------- ) where you pitch PFLB's services to me as if I'm a VP of Engineering at an e-commerce company worried about Black Friday traffic. Don't worry about getting every detail right - I want to hear how you communicate, think on your feet, and handle a sales conversation. Paste the Loom link in your message.

If you cannot follow these four steps, this role is probably not a good fit.

Our Hiring Process

- Application review (1-2 days)
- Async screening (the Loom video above)
- Live video interview with me - includes a mock cold call exercise (30 minutes)
- Paid trial task: I'll give you 10 real target companies and ask you to build outreach sequences for 3 of them. This is paid work ($50 USD) regardless of whether we hire you.
- Offer and 90-day trial period

We move fast. If you're a fit, you could be starting within 2 weeks.

I'm looking for someone who's genuinely excited about sales, not just looking for any remote job. If you love the hunt, enjoy talking to people, and want to be part of building something, I'd love to hear from you.
