Join a fast-growing global jewelry e-commerce brand where your work directly drives results. At ARDANT, we create sleek, poke-free hoops designed for all-day comfort and style—and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a full-time Influencer Outreach & Management VA to own our influencer partnerships and help us grow to the next level. This is a high-impact role where the creators you secure will shape our brand’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
Influencer Sourcing
• Research and identify high-quality influencers (micro & mid-tier) in fashion, beauty, and jewelry on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Find influencers aligned with ARDANT’s aesthetic
• Compile influencer details in a Google Sheets tracker (name, handle,
Influencer Outreach
• Craft personalized outreach messages and send DMs &
• Handle gifting negotiations and occasional paid partnership discussions
• Ensure all agreements, gifting, and deliverables are properly tracked
Follow-Ups & Relationship Management
• Track influencer responses and product shipments
• Follow up consistently and professionally to maximize posting rates
• Collect and organize content submissions, including raw footage for repurposing
• Flag potential long-term partners for future campaigns
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain dashboards for outreach, responses, and posting rates
• Identify top-performing influencers for future partnerships
• Provide weekly reports on campaign results
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience:
• 2+ years in influencer marketing, outreach, or VA work for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
• Understanding of influencer trends, engagement quality, and brand fit
• Strong experience managing influencer trackers in Google Sheets
• Familiarity with tools like Upfluence, Modash, or SARAL is a plus
Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent written English for engaging outreach messages
• Highly organized and detail-oriented—no follow-ups missed
• Fast executor who takes initiative without waiting for instructions
• Persistent yet professional in communication
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze influencer performance
• Strong eye for TikTok trends and Instagram aesthetics
