JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing software company looking for a self-starter to support our marketing efforts as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the marketing team to execute day-to-day marketing activities, with a primary focus on social media and newsletters. This is a hands-on role where ownership, follow-through, and clear communication matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and publish content across our social media channels: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Bluesky, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and send email newsletters using Mailchimp
- Repurpose and highlight existing content (blogs, announcements, product updates) for social and newsletter formats
- Coordinate posting schedules using Notion and ensure consistent messaging and cadence
- Create simple graphics and visual assets using Canva
- Track engagement and provide basic reporting on what is performing well
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather input, approvals, and source material

Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience using Mailchimp, Canva, and Notion
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Experience creating graphics
- Basic video editing for social media or YouTube
- Experience working with B2B or technical software companies
