Job Overview:

Are you a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual passionate about helping others?
If so, you might be the Donor Relations Manager that we are looking for!

As the DRM you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the administrative aspects of various fundraising activities and ensuring donors feel appreciated, valued, and connected to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Document and maintain detailed records of donor conversations, outcomes, and next steps.
Schedule and track follow-ups, ensuring timely and thoughtful donor engagement.
Manage the Donor Communications Calendar (DCC) and program touchpoints into the CRM for seamless execution.
Personalize donor engagement messaging for specific occasions
Develop donor profiles for high level donor nurturing
Ensure accurate tax receipt preferences and delivery to donors.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM tools to manage donor records and communications.
Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with tea ---------- mbers.
A proactive mindset to anticipate needs and suggest improvements.
Good health and acclimated to the 9am-5pm EDT work hours

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong customer service background
Working with non-profit organizations is a strong advantage.
Experience in fundraising or donor relations is a plus.
