This role is designed for an experienced, creative video editor who can produce high-quality video content that drives paid ad performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO and media buying team to create scroll-stopping video ad creatives across multiple platforms - then iterate and optimize based on performance data.

**Primary Responsibilities**
**Video Editing & Ad Creative Production**
- Edit and produce short-form video ads optimized for
- Create multiple variations of video creatives for A/B testing (hooks, CTAs, lengths, formats).
- Work with raw footage, screen recordings, stock video, and AI-generated content to produce polished ad creatives.
- Add captions/subtitles, motion graphics, text overlays, and branded elements to video content.
- Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, walkthroughs) into short-form ad clips and social content.
- Understand platform-specific video specs (aspect ratios, durations, safe zones) and optimize accordingly.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets, templates, and brand elements for rapid creative iteration.
**Creative & Copy Support**
- Write or brief ad copy and creative variations for testing.
- Coordinate with the media buying team to align creative with campaign objectives and audience targeting.
- Stay current on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and creative best practices.
- Research trending ad formats and video styles across platforms to keep creative fresh and competitive.

**Performance Tracking & Creative Optimization**
- Track creative performance to identify which video styles, hooks, and formats drive the best results.
- Use performance data to inform creative decisions and iterate on winning concepts.
- Deliver regular creative reports highlighting top performers and recommendations for next tests.
**Process Improvement & SOP Development**
- Document video production workflows and standard operating procedures using Loom (video-based SOPs) or similar tools.
- Identify inefficiencies in the creative production process and suggest automation or workflow improvements.
**Team Coordination**
- Communicate with internal tea
- Attend key calls, document takeaways, and ensure follow-ups are logged and executed.
