**Primary Responsibilities**
**Ad Account Setup & Campaign Management**
- Build out
- Create campaign structures, ad sets/ad groups, audiences, and conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- Develop and launch campaigns aligned with lead generation and data monetization objectives.
- Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and pacing across platforms.
**Landing Page Development**
- Design, build, and optimize landing pages for paid traffic using tools such as GoHighLevel or similar.
- Implement A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, form fields, and page layouts.
- Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and compliant with platform ad policies.
**Tracking, Analytics & Reporting**
- Set up end-to-end conversion tracking including UTM parameters, pixel events, and offline conversion imports.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommended next steps.
- Monitor KPIs: CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality metrics.
- Track creative performance to identify which ad styles, hooks, and formats drive the best results.
**Creative & Copy Support**
- Write or brief ad copy and creative variations for testing.
- Coordinate with designers or use Canva/similar tools for ad creative production.
- Stay current on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and creative best practices.
- Research trending ad formats across platforms to keep creative fresh and competitive.
**Process Improvement & SOP Development**
- Document campaign workflows and standard operating procedures using Loom (video-based SOPs) or similar tools.
- Identify inefficiencies in the ad-to-lead pipeline and suggest automation or workflow improvements.

**Client & Vendor Coordination**
- Communicate with internal tea
- Attend key calls, document takeaways, and ensure follow-ups are logged and executed.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**
- **Proven Media Buying Experience:** Minimum 2 years running
- **Full-Funnel Thinker:** You don't just launch ads - you understand the entire journey from click to conversion and optimize accordingly.
- **Landing Page Capable:** Comfortable building and iterating on landing pages without needing a developer.
- **Data-Driven:** You make decisions based on numbers, not gut feelings. Comfortable pulling reports and pivoting strategy based on performance.
- **Self-Starter & Problem-Solver:** Can proactively identify what's underperforming and take action without excessive hand-holding.
- **Strong Communication Skills:** Ability to work with executives, vendors, and clients professionally.
- **Flexible & Adaptable:** When a platform changes its rules overnight, you adjust and keep moving. Willingness to learn, take ownership, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
