JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a long term, full time virtual assistant from the Philippines to help with cold calling, lead follow up, and simple admin work for a U.S. mortgage business. This is a stable role with clear tasks and training provided.

About the role
You will spend most of your time calling leads (new, old, and past clients) to find people interested in refinancing or getting a new home loan. You will ask basic questions, gather simple information, and set appointments for the lead mortgage loan originator. You will not sell or give loan advice; you will focus on calling, gathering info, and organizing the leads.

Main responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to a list of leads each day (cold and warm leads).
• Ask a short list of simple questions (reason for loan, timing, basic income range, property plans, etc.).
• Identify who is interested and set appointments for the lead mortgage originator.
• Take clear notes from each call and update the CRM with status (interested, follow?up, not interested, wrong number, etc.).
Spend a small part of each day learning basic information about mortgage loan programs so you can ask better questions over time.
What we are looking for
• Strong spoken English and clear, friendly phone manner.
• Comfortable making many outbound calls every day.
• Good listening skills and accurate note?taking.
• Reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and a good headset.
• Organized, follows instructions, and open to feedback.
• Willing to learn about the U.S. mortgage process over time.
