Tech Support Representative (MSP) - Work From Home - High Pay

The Role:
As a Tech Support Representative, you will be assigned to one MSP client and work as part of their service delivery team. This is a full-time, work-from-home contractor role supporting U.S. businesses.

You will handle a mix of:
Reactive support
User lifecycle management
System administration
Client-facing technical communication

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy ownership, variety, and solving real business problems.

What You’ll Do
Provide L1/L2 technical support in an MSP environment
Handle user onboarding and offboarding
Create and manage user accounts, distribution lists, permissions, and access

Administer Microsoft 365 services including:
Azure
Entra ID
Conditional Access
Microsoft Intune
SharePoint and OneDrive
Support line-of-business applications
Troubleshoot VPNs, networking, and connectivity issues

Work with RMM and PSA tools such as:
RMM: N-able, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate
PSA: ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA, Autotask
Maintain accurate documentation using IT Glue or similar platforms
Communicate clearly with end users and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience working in an MSP environment (required)
Strong hands-on experience with RMM and PSA tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced MSP environment
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Professional, reliable, and client-focused

Nice to Have (Plusses):
Microsoft certifications
CompTIA certifications
Cisco certifications
Fortinet or SonicWall experience/certifications
Experience supporting multiple clients or tenants
