Big Leap Brands is a fast-growing marketing agency that specializes in lead generation and brand awareness through paid media. We help businesses scale by creating high-converting ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and outbound B2B strategies. We are looking for a Meta Ads Assistant to join our team and drive results for our clients by assisting our Meta Ads Specialist.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in building, launching, and managing
- Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives for client accounts
- Create and test ad creatives (copy + visuals) in collaboration with our team
- Set up audiences (custom, lookalike, and interest-based targeting)
- Monitor performance and report on key metrics
- Help optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Maintain organization within Meta Ads Manager and internal tracking systems
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ year experience running Meta
- Familiarity with lead generation ads and top-of-funnel brand awareness
- Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager
- Basic understanding of ad metrics and optimization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Reliable, communicative, and proactive
- Bonus: Experience with restaurants, health, wellness, fitness, or medical practices
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Canva or basic creative design skills
- Copywriting experience for ads
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Familiarity with Go High Level CRM lead tracking tools
Role Details
- Part-time (approximately 10ish hours per week) with the potential for more hours as our company grows
- Remote
