Position Overview
Tatsoft is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Sales Development Coordinator to execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns, manage and nurture a growing lead pipeline, and convert interest into software demos and qualified sales meetings.

This role blends marketing execution with outbound prospecting. Approximately one-third of your time will be spent on phone outreach, one-third on email campaigns, and one-third on LinkedIn prospecting and follow-up.

Success in this role is defined by pipeline health, nurtured leads, and qualified meetings booked.

Position Summary
You will work directly with Tatsoft’s Head of Marketing, who provides campaign strategy and target lists. Your mission is to execute campaigns with discipline, manage leads through the funnel over time, and consistently book demos and meetings for the sales team.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be measured on MQLs created, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Execute email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Call prospects and conduct short qualification conversations

Follow up with inbound leads, including software download follow-up

Nurture leads across weeks and months using structured touchpoints

Book qualified demo and sales meetings

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages

Collaborate with marketing lead to refine messaging and sequences

Qualifications

2+ years experience in marketing execution, SDR/BDR, or campaign coordination

Comfortable with phone outreach

Experience with email and LinkedIn prospecting

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Clear written and spoken English

Self-starter who thrives in execution-focused roles

Based in the Philippines with reliable internet
