JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (Execution & Performance)
We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager with deep experience in performance-driven influencer marketing and strong knowledge of the Dutch creator landscape.

This is a senior execution role with real ownership. You are responsible for running campaigns end-to-end at a high level of quality, while also bringing new insights, frameworks, and best practices that help us improve how we work.

You will not manage client communication. Instead, you work closely with a Project Manager, report into them, and help translate strategy into tight, structured execution.

What you will do:
Fully own the execution of influencer campaigns from A to Z: creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, optimisation, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and relevant partners, ensuring we become a preferred collaborator.
Work efficiently with Kolsquare for creator discovery, analysis, shortlisting, and reporting.
Write high-quality outreach and follow-up emails using Mixmax sequences, tailored to creators and deal structures.
Negotiate deals based on calculated CPMs, ROAS expectations, deliverables, and performance benchmarks.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and performance-focused, with close attention to detail.
Provide daily updates and reporting to the Project Manager, flagging risks, learnings, and optimisation opportunities early.
Maintain a highly structured way of working, with clear documentation of deals, creators, and results.
Communicate primarily via Slack, keeping execution transparent and organised.
Proactively spot inefficiencies in our current way of working and propose concrete improvements.
Actively share insights, learnings, and ideas that add value beyond execution, based on your previous experience.

Where we expect you to add value:
We are explicitly looking for someone who brings experience we don’t fully have yet, such as:
Stronger frameworks for performance-based influencer deals and pricing models.
Smarter ways to evaluate creators on expected output, not just reach.
Improved negotiation approaches that protect margin while keeping creators engaged.
Better use of tools like Kolsquare for scalability and consistency.
Clearer reporting structures that make performance insights easier to act on.
Proven best practices from other brands, agencies or markets that help us level up faster.
You are not expected to “reinvent everything”, but you are expected to raise the bar.

What we are looking for
4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably agency-side.
Demonstrated experience with performance-driven influencer campaigns.
Strong understanding of CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and how to price and evaluate influencer deals.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term influencer and partner relationships.
Hands-on experience with Kolsquare (or similar tools).
Excellent written communication skills, especially for email outreach and negotiations.
Highly organised and structured, even when managing multiple campaigns.
Comfortable working without direct client contact and reporting into a Project Manager.
Proactive, critical thinker who challenges how things are done — constructively.
Thrives in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.

What we offer
A senior execution role with real ownership and influence on how we operate.
The opportunity to bring your experience into the agency and shape processes.
Collaboration with ambitious brands across multiple markets.
Short decision lines, no bureaucracy, and a culture that values clarity and action.
Room to grow beyond execution as the agency scales.
Hybrid working model with flexibility, trust, and clear expectations.

How to apply:
Preferably apply with a Loom video where you:
Introduce yourself
Walk us through relevant cases
Explain where you think you can add the most value based on your experience

Include your favorite FRUIT in your application so we know you actually read this.
