JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based Supplement Brand scaling past $10,000/day. We are not looking for a "graphic designer" to make pretty pictures. We are looking for a conversion scientist who understands direct response marketing, consumer psychology, and how to build high-converting funnels in Replo.

We operate in the high-stakes weight loss market. We move fast, we test aggressively, and we reward performance.

WHO YOU ARE: You are a hybrid. You have the eye of a designer but the brain of a marketer.

You speak "Eugene Schwartz": You know what Breakthrough Advertising is. You understand "Market Awareness" and "Sophistication."

You are a Replo Wizard: You don't need a developer. You design in Figma and build in Replo. Speed is your weapon.

You are an AI Native: You use Ai to generate assets and refine copy. You work smart and fast.

You are Independent: You don't wait for instructions. You look at our competitors, you find the gaps, and you pitch me the split tests.


THE MISSION: Your goal is simple: Maximize Desire. Increase Conversion Rate.

Research: Monitor top 10 competitor funnels weekly. Breakdown their offers, hooks, and layouts.

Strategy: Propose 3-5 Split Tests per week based on data (not feelings).

Build: Implement the pages in Replo independently.

Optimize: Read the heatmaps/data. Kill the losers. Scale the winners.

REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable):

Replo Mastery: If you cannot build a pixel-perfect page in Replo, do not apply.

Design Portfolio: Must show high-converting Landing Pages / Advertorials (not just logos or social media posts).

Direct Response Knowledge: You must understand headlines, bullets, guarantees, and CTAs.

THE PAY:

Base Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD / Month (based on experience).

Bonuses: Significant cash bonuses for every winning split test that lifts our Conversion Rate.
