We are hiring a full-time Operations Manager and Integrator for From Craft to Cash®, a fast-growing education, community, and e-commerce brand serving creative entrepreneurs across the United States.
This is not a virtual assistant position. This is an execution leadership role. You will work directly with the CEO to ensure launches, projects, events, systems, and team responsibilities are executed smoothly and on schedule.
If you love organization, accountability, systems, and helping a business run efficiently, this role is for you.
If you prefer simple task-based VA work, this role is not a fit.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
You will serve as the Integrator of From Craft to Cash®. Your job is to turn vision into execution.
This includes:
Project Management
Managing projects inside ClickUp
Assigning tasks and tracking deadlines
Ensuring projects move forward without CEO involvement
Launch Coordination
Coordinating membership launches, masterclasses, and challenges
Tracking deliverables across marketing, automation, and tech
Team Accountability
Following up with tea
Ensuring deadlines are met
Maintaining weekly progress tracking
Operations Systems
Documenting SOPs
Improving workflows
Building repeatable systems
Automation Coordination
Working inside Go High Level
Tracking workflows and campaigns
Coordinating with automation specialists
E-commerce Coordination
Supporting Shopify and Etsy operations
Tracking product updates and launches
Event Execution Support
Maintaining planning timelines
Tracking logistics and responsibilities
Operational Problem Solving
Identifying bottlenecks
Proposing solutions
Ensuring implementation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience managing projects or operations
Experience managing remote teams
Strong English communication skills
Experience documenting workflows or SOPs
Highly organized and proactive
Preferred experience
ClickUp or similar project management tools
Go High Level CRM

POSITION DETAILS
Full-time remote role with opportunities for growth and raises.
Long-term position
Work directly with the CEO of From Craft to Cash®
Hours: M-F 10-6 EST (may be a few times outside of that depending on launches)
