Genesis Pain Clinic is a small, physician-led pain management practice. -Document patient encounters using structured templates (HPI, ROS, PMH/PSH, meds/allergies, exam, assessment, plan)
-Capture a complete, accurate history and relevant spine/MSK details
-Document focused exam findings as directed by the provider (do not invent findings)
-Draft an organized assessment and treatment plan that reflects provider decision-making
-Ensure documentation supports medical necessity (failed conservative care, functional limitation, duration, imaging correlation, objective findings)
-Flag documentation gaps that may affect billing/medical necessity
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Admin / Coordination)
-Request, organize, and upload medical records (imaging, PT notes, referrals)
-Assist with prior authorizations after training (not required on Day 1)

-Excellent English (spoken + written) and professional patient communication
-Strong medical terminology (especially musculoskeletal/spine)
-Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
-Willing to work live during US Central Time clinic hours
