Hi ????

I run a fast-growing online coaching business in the health, fitness, and weight-loss space, working primarily with women who have PCOS.

I’m looking for a Weekend Virtual Assistant to help manage DMs, qualify leads, and book calls. This is a sales-focused role, not general customer support.

If you enjoy conversations, asking the right questions, and helping people take action, you’ll enjoy this role.

????? Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday
- 8–10 hours per day
- Set, consistent weekend hours required
- Long-term role with opportunity for more hours in the future

- $4 - $6 USD per hour

???? What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to Instagram & Facebook ----------
- Following proven scripts and frameworks (training provided)
- Qualifying leads and booking calls
- Organising applications and tracking responses
- Working closely with our sales and coaching team
- This role requires confidence, speed, and attention to detail.

???? This Role Is FOR You If: You meet at least 2 of the 3 criteria below:

? You have some understanding of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome)
(this could be from past work, personal learning, friends or family members)

? You have a background in fitness, weight loss, nutrition, or health coaching
(formal qualifications not required, experience matters)

? You have experience with sales or booking, such as:

- Booking calls or qualifying leads
- Following scripts and handling objections
