About Us
We’re a fast-growing U.S.–based photo booth company working with weddings, corporate events, and private parties across the country. We handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and are looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional to help clients book and plan their events.
What You’ll Do
Respond to inbound leads via
Help clients choose the right photo booth package
Upsell add-ons (prints, glam filter, backdrops, extra hours)
Answer event planning questions (timing, venue logistics, setup)
Follow up with leads to close bookings
Confirm event details and coordinate internally
Provide calm, professional support to clients before their event
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written & spoken English
Experience in customer service, sales, or event planning
Confident communicating with U.S. clients
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
Sales-minded but not pushy
Bonus (Not Required)
Event, wedding, or hospitality experience
CRM experience (HoneyBook, HubSpot, GHL, etc.)
Work Details
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Remote position
U.S. business hours (or partial overlap required)
Compensation
Monthly pay: $900 – $1,200 USD (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available based on bookings & upsells
