We run two health brands under one roof in regional Australia:
CrossFit Bairnsdale — a coached, community-driven gym for everyday people who want to get stronger and feel better without intimidation.
Strength Therapy Physio & Performance — a calm, professional physio clinic focused on helping people move better long-term, not just chasing quick fixes.

About You
You’re not just a VA.
You’re a content operator.
You think before you post.
You enjoy structure.
You notice gaps and fix them.
And you genuinely care about making the brands you work with look sharp, consistent, and trustworthy online.
You’ll do well here if you:
- Think strategically and plan before acting
- Take ownership without needing to be chased
- Switch tone easily between different brands
- Edit fast and post consistently
- Live comfortably inside Canva, CapCut, and content calendars
- Give and receive feedback without ego
- Want a long-term role where you can grow, not just “help out”
About the Role
This role is simple, but not easy:
You own the content system for two brands.
That means planning, briefing, editing, posting, reviewing, and improving — every week.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building monthly content calendars for both brands
- Writing clear, on-brand captions for IG, TikTok,
- Giving weekly filming directions that make content easy to capture
- Editing short-form video using CapCut and Canva
- Scheduling and posting content via GoHighLevel
- Repurposing long-form content into short-form clips
- Tracking performance and adjusting based on what’s working
- Protecting each brand’s voice and visual identity
- Supporting paid campaigns, light Squarespace updates, and SOP documentation
You’ll work directly with the founders, Marty and Bree.
