We're looking for a reliable and proactive marketing admin who can help manage day-to-day marketing tasks and keep our projects running smoothly. This is a combination role where you'll handle marketing execution AND help coordinate our workflow and contractors.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Design execution in Canva (taking existing templates/concepts and building out additional content)
Social media scheduling using Buffer (uploading content, ensuring correct tags, timing, and formatting)
Basic copywriting/editing - proofreading content for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy (you won't be writing from scratch, but ensuring everything reads well and information is correct)
Data collection and reporting (gathering metrics for marketing performance)
Content uploading to WordPress (copy/paste articles, basic formatting, image insertion)
General marketing administrative tasks
Operations/Project Management Responsibilities:
Daily check-in calls on working days to review priorities and workflow
Track project status and deadlines
Help manage and coordinate with other contractors
Keep tasks organized and flag anything that needs attention
Needs to know or be eager to learn how to use Notion
Requirements:
Intermediate/expert level - you will likely need to learn a few things, but we need someone who understands how to deliver at a high-level
Strong English communication, both written and verbal (you'll be editing content and we'll be talking daily)
Excellent attention to detail (critical for editing and fact-checking)
Basic familiarity with Canva, Buffer, and WordPress (or eager and able to learn quickly)
Highly organized and proactive
Reliable internet connection and workspace
Available for 20 hours/3 days with flexible scheduling on those days
Available for daily calls on working days - I am located in Australia, AEDT
