JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and highly organized freelance Community Manager to manage and grow our presence on Instagram (main platform) and TikTok (secondary).
We are a French brand, and if the collaboration goes well, you may also be asked to work on other brands in our portfolio in the future.

Very important: we are a French brand and our audience is primarily French-speaking. This means you must be comfortable writing posts, captions, and stories in French, as well as handling French comments and DMs—including translating when needed and replying naturally in a professional, on-brand tone (AI tools can help when appropriate).

Non-negotiable: you must respect our brand identity 100% (visual direction, tone of voice, values, style).

Key Responsibilities

1) Content Creation (Top Priority)
• Create image content: posts, carousels, static visuals
• Create video content: Reels (TikTok as secondary)

• Deliver a varied content mix, including:
• educational / informative content
• customer testimonials / social proof
• high-end brand content with strong visual direction (DA)
• short, engaging formats designed to drive interaction

2) Planning & Content Calendar
• Provide a weekly content calendar for approval
• Posting rhythm: 3–4 posts per week
• Plus: minimum 1 story per day
• Plan themes, propose ideas, and maintain a consistent, cohesive feed

3) Community Management
• Reply to comments and DMs (mostly in French)
• Translate messages when needed and answer in a natural, on-brand way
• Engage and animate the community (interactive stories, polls, Q&A, etc.)
• Goal: build an active community and improve engagement

Required Skills & Profile
• Proven experience as a Community Manager (Instagram first)
• Strong visual skills and attention to detail (clean, consistent, on-brand design)
• Ability to follow brand guidelines strictly and replicate a brand identity perfectly
• Organized, proactive, autonomous, reliable (you deliver on time, every week)
• Comfortable with creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva / Adobe / CapCut, etc.)
• Strong writing skills + ability to adapt to our brand voice

AI Tools Requirement (Mandatory)

You must be comfortable using AI tools, including:
• ChatGPT (especially for translating French comments/DMs and drafting replies)
• NanoBanana (subscription provided) to generate custom, product-specific, brand-consistent visuals/content tailored to our needs

Deliverables
• Weekly content calendar (posts + stories) submitted in advance for validation
• Ready-to-publish assets (IG formats + variations when needed)
• Community management (comments + DMs) handled consistently
• Simple weekly recap (what worked, what didn’t, next improvements)
