JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a book keeper with experience book keeping for short term rental property management companies.

We manage over 60 units at Alto Management and projecting to be over 100 by the end of the year. We are switching to trust accounting. I need someone with experience leveraging property management softwares and quickbooks to run data and determine the payouts to the clients after expenses each month, with zero errors. Our book keeper will also be providing profit and loss statements per property, calculating the companies profits and losses, and giving quarterly reports with company progress and future projections. We also want someone who can keep track of our EBITDA as a company.

Airbnb is a specific book keeping niche so I am looking for someone who has experience book keeping for similar vacation rental property management companies, using property management softwares, and trust accounting.
