JOB OVERVIEW

Business Development Specialist (Remote VA – Full Time, Weekly Pay)
We are a growing U.S.-based junk removal & demolition company looking for a reliable, confident Business Development Virtual Assistant to help us grow our commercial and repeat business accounts.
This is a long-term, stable role with clear systems, scripts, and weekly pay. If you are comfortable with email outreach, follow-up calls, and organized work — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Research and build lists of commercial prospects:

Property management companies

Contractors & general contractors

Facility managers

Send short, professional outreach emails

Make follow-up phone calls using a provided script

Log all activity clearly in our CRM

Track responses, follow-ups, and next steps

Hand off interested prospects to our internal team

Keep accurate notes and organized records

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English

Confident speaking with U.S.-based professionals

Comfortable making phone calls

Strong attention to detail and organization

Able to follow scripts and processes exactly

Reliable internet connection

Quality headset for calls

Experience in any of the following is a big plus:
Cold outreach / lead generation

Appointment setting

CRM tools

Real estate, construction, or B2B services

Full-time: 40 hours/week
