JOB OVERVIEW

General Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce, Operations & Marketing Support

Full-Time | 30–40 Hours/Week | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

I’m hiring a detail-driven, dependable Virtual Assistant to support my e-commerce and jewelry business. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both operations and customer communication.
This is a long-term position, not a short-term task-based role.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Shopify product listings (Shopify experience is required)
- Communicate with vendors regarding ordering, payments, and follow-ups
- List items for sale in Facebook group pages
- Respond to and manage customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, task managers, and operational tools
- Assist with regular customer newsletters and communications
- Help manage and send email campaigns using GoHighLevel
- Provide general personal and business support as needed
- Ensure tasks, follow-ups, and projects stay on track

Required Experience & Skills
- Shopify experience is a must (applications without this will not be considered)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience managing customer messages and inquiries
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and following systems
- Ability to work 30–40 hours per week, starting at 9:00 AM CST

Preferred (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/email platforms)
- Experience assisting with email newsletters and customer broadcasts
- Familiarity with TikTok (posting, engagement, or account support)
- Experience assisting with or hosting live webinars (Zoom, live trainings, launches, etc.)
