We are hiring experienced cold callers who have experience in talking to US local business owners, You will help us connect with local business owners and introduce them to our Online Reputation Management services.
This is a performance-driven role with fixed hourly pay + 10% commission, designed for callers who are confident, resilient, and comfortable speaking with business owners in the United States.
This is not a high-volume, robotic calling job.
It requires judgment, conversational skill, and the ability to qualify interest — not hard-close.

What Counts as a Qualified Lead
A lead is considered qualified when the business owner:
Expresses interest in learning more
AND
Shares at least one of the following:
* Personal
* Direct phone number
* WhatsApp contact
Expected Deliverables
For every working day / campaign:
* Call recordings (where legally permitted)
* Detailed call notes:
* Business owner’s concern
* Level of interest
* Objections raised
* Lead status (Interested / Not Interested / Call Back)
* Contact details captured
* Daily summary report
Accuracy and clarity matter more than volume.

Compensation
Fixed base pay (discussed based on experience)
10% commission per successful conversion
High-demand service with strong close rates
Realistic commission potential:
$1,000 – $1,500 USD/month on commissions alone for consistent performers
There is no cap on earnings.
