- Manage and administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, permissions, and shared resources.
- Enforce enterprise-level password policies, including forced resets and complexity standards.
- Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all accounts.
- Monitor and respond to credential leaks, unauthorised logins, and suspicious activity.
- Conduct monthly security audits and stress-tests to identify vulnerabilities.
- Investigate malware and security threats on local devices and workstations.
- Guide staff in secure password management and transition to enterprise-grade password managers.
