We are looking for a Finance & Reporting Analyst to help us keep our finances clear, structured, and under control.

This is a part-time, long-term role focused on financial reporting, P&L tracking, and cash visibility.

- payment processor balances
- Tracking cash across:
- payment processors (available balance, holds)
- bank accounts
- ad credits
- Improving and maintaining Google Sheets and financial templates
- Ensuring numbers are consistent, accurate, and easy to read
- Flagging inconsistencies, risks, or unusual movements when you see them

This role is about structure, clarity, and financial discipline.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with ecommerce or dropshipping finances
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
- Familiar with ad spend, suppliers, and payment processors
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly

WHAT WE OFFER

- Hourly rate: 6–8 USD/hour (based on experience)
- Long-term collaboration

- Clear scope and expectations
