We operate a fast-growing ecommerce dropshipping business across multiple stores and markets.
As we scale, our financial setup has become more complex: multiple stores, ad spend, suppliers, payment processors, holds, and timing differences between revenue and cash.
We are looking for a Finance & Reporting Analyst to help us keep our finances clear, structured, and under control.
This is a part-time, long-term role focused on financial reporting, P&L tracking, and cash visibility.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role is to give us a clear and reliable view of the financial situation of the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly P&L reports (per store and consolidated)
- Daily / weekly reporting:
- revenue per store
- ad spend
- supplier invoices
- payment processor balances
- Tracking cash across:
- payment processors (available balance, holds)
- bank accounts
- ad credits
- Improving and maintaining Google Sheets and financial templates
- Ensuring numbers are consistent, accurate, and easy to read
- Flagging inconsistencies, risks, or unusual movements when you see them
This role is about structure, clarity, and financial discipline.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with ecommerce or dropshipping finances
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
- Familiar with ad spend, suppliers, and payment processors
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
