We’re looking for an Automotive SEO Blog Content Writer to work closely with our Senior SEO Specialist on ongoing, weekly blog content for our clients. This role is focused on writing helpful, search-optimized articles that answer real customer questions and support long-term SEO growth.

If you enjoy writing, understand the basics of SEO, and either know the automotive industry or want to learn it deeply, this role is a great fit.

???? What You’ll Do

Write weekly SEO blog articles for auto repair shop clients based on topics, keywords, and outlines provided by our Senior SEO Specialist.

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai) to assist with drafting — then edit and refine content to sound natural, accurate, and helpful.

Ensure blog posts follow basic on-page SEO best practices, including:

Keyword usage and placement

Proper headings (H1–H3)

Internal linking suggestions

Clear structure and readability

Write content that reflects real customer intent — services, symptoms, maintenance questions, and local relevance.

Research automotive topics as needed to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Deliver content on schedule and keep all work organized in Google Docs.

Collaborate with the SEO team via Slack and Zoom (internal only, no client calls).

Have 2–3+ years of experience writing blog or web content.

Understand basic SEO concepts (keywords, search intent, on-page optimization).

Have experience writing SEO content for service-based or local businesses.

Have an interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry — whether from work experience, managing ads/content for shops, or personal interest (working on your own car counts).

Write clear, fluent English and can explain technical topics in a way everyday customers understand.

Are comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently without relying on them blindly.
