Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Paid Social Creative Strategist to drive our next phase of growth on Meta platforms. This role will take full ownership of creative strategy as we scale our Meta advertising spend from $120,000/month to a minimum of $500,000/month. We believe exceptional creative is the key lever that will unlock this growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with scaling objectives on Meta platforms
* Video Brief Production: Produce 15-20 detailed video creative briefs per week (1-2 minutes in length each)
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house video editing team to refine creative output through detailed feedback, revisions, and quality control
* Creator Management: Coordinate with content creators to source, direct, and optimize video content production
* Performance Analysis: Monitor creative performance metrics and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights
* Trend Identification: Stay current on Meta advertising best practices, platform updates, and creative trends within the e-commerce and consumer electronics space
Requirements
* Proven Experience: Extensive hands-on experience managing creative strategy for high-performing Meta advertising campaigns
* Scale Experience: Demonstrated track record of scaling Meta ad accounts, preferably from six figures to seven figures monthly in spend
* Direct-Response Expertise: Deep understanding of direct-response creative principles and what drives performance in e-commerce
* Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of video production workflows and effective collaboration with editors and creators
* Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy
* Portfolio Required: Must provide portfolio demonstrating relevant experience with Meta ad creative
