JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced offshore virtual assistant to support a growing Legal Nurse Consulting education and services business. You will function as a multi-skilled creator and operator—owning content production, social media management, graphics, AI-assisted video creation (faceless and/or using approved likeness assets), marketing/media execution, website management, and light software development/automation.

This role supports:
Legal Nurse Consultant training courses (education products)
Medical record review services for attorneys
Building a subcontracting network of legal nurse consultants

Key Responsibilities
A) Content Creation (Core)
Create and repurpose content from long-form sources (webinars, trainings, blog posts, case-based lessons) into:
Short-form posts, carousels, reels/shorts, email snippets, blog articles, lead magnets
Write in a professional, credible tone suitable for legal/medical audiences
Develop and manage a content calendar (weekly/monthly), including campaigns and launches
Ensure brand consistency: voice, messaging pillars, disclaimers, and calls-to-action

B) Social Media Management (Core)
Manage posting schedule across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Community management: respond to comments/DMs using approved guidelines
Social analytics and reporting: track KPIs, identify what’s working, optimize content
Manage collaborations, podcast outreach, guest appearances, and basic PR follow-up

C) Graphic Design & Creative Production (Core)
Design branded templates and assets: carousels, thumbnails, banners, lead magnets, course visuals
Produce consistent brand look/feel (fonts, colors, layouts) across platforms
Basic photo editing and visual cleanup for professional presentation
D) AI Video Creation (Core + Specialized)

You will create AI-assisted videos that may be:
Faceless videos (voiceover + b-roll, captions, stock footage, animations)
Videos using approved likeness assets (e.g., talking-head overlays, image-driven video, avatar-driven video, or “video with content behind the speaker”)
Important: Any use of the business owner’s likeness must be done only with explicit permission and using approved assets and platform-compliant methods.
Script short-form videos optimized for retention (hooks, structure, CTA)
Create storyboards and shot lists for consistent weekly production
Edit videos with captions, on-screen text, b-roll, and brand elements
Maintain a reusable workflow (templates, presets, file naming, asset library)

E) Marketing, Funnels, and Media Support
Build/maintain lead magnets, landing pages, opt-in flows, and email sequences
Support course launches: promotional calendars, announcements, countdown sequences
Basic SEO tasks (blog formatting, keyword optimization, internal linking, metadata)
Coordinate basic ads support (creative versions, UTM links, tracking—if applicable)

F) Website Management & Buildout
Create and manage website pages: home, about, services, courses, blog, contact, booking
Maintain website updates, plugin/app updates, backups, basic troubleshooting
Improve speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility basics, and UX flow
Implement tracking pixels/analytics and conversion events as needed

G) Operations Support (Nice-to-have but Valuable)
Organize files, SOPs, templates, content library, and brand assets
Set up project management boards and keep work moving
Support building a subcontractor network:
outreach systems, onboarding packets, scheduling interviews, maintaining a roster

H) Light Software Development / Automation (Preferred)
Build simple automations to reduce manual work (e.g., lead intake, content workflows, CRM updates)
Integrate tools via Zapier/Make/API connections
Basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) for small internal tools, data cleanup, reporting, or simple web features

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
Proven experience as a VA supporting content + social media + marketing execution
Strong English writing and editing (professional, clear, accurate)
Experience creating short-form video content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok)
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows (ChatGPT-style tools, captioning, repurposing)
Graphic design competence (brand-consistent social graphics, thumbnails, carousels)
Website editing/management experience (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
Excellent organization, initiative, and ability to work independently
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience in healthcare, legal services, or professional education markets

Email
marketing + funnels (ConvertKit/Mailchimp/Klaviyo, etc.)
SEO and blog strategy
Basic paid ads creative/testing understanding
Automation tools (Zapier/Make) + basic API familiarity
Basic software development skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Video AI tools experience (avatar/voiceover/video generation) using approved and ethical workflows
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With (or willing to learn quickly)
Project Management: Trello/Asana/ClickUp/Notion
Design: Canva (required), Adobe/other tools (bonus)
Video Editing: CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or similar
AI Tools: ChatGPT-style writing tools; captioning/transcription tools
Social Scheduling: Metricool/Later/Buffer/Hootsuite (any)
Web: WordPress/Squarespace/Wix + basic plugins/apps

Email
/Funnels: ConvertKit/Mailchimp/Kajabi/Teachable (any)
Automation: Zapier/Make (preferred)

Work Style & Expectations
Offshore/remote role; consistent weekly availability
Reliable internet, ability to attend occasional meetings as needed
Proactive: brings ideas, identifies improvements, suggests new content angles
Ability to create, revise, and finalize work based on feedback quickly
Maintain confidentiality and sign NDA + IP assignment agreement
Deliverables & Success Metrics (Examples)
4–7 short videos/week (faceless and/or approved likeness workflow)
3–5 posts/week (mix of carousels, single-image, thought leadership, promotional)
Monthly content calendar planned in advance
Website kept current; landing pages built as needed
Growth in leads, email opt-ins, consultation bookings, and course inquiries
Clear reporting: what was posted, performance, next actions
